For Turner Engine Control Solutions, we are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for all financial activities of the Dutch branch within this fantastic, international family-owned company!

As Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities within Turner ECS B.V. Reporting directly to the Finance Director and CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing Finance, Accounting, payments reporting and tax filing. Your role will involve hands-on management to ensure the timely and accurate completion of financial reports and administrative tasks, aligning with the strategic vision set by the Board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the financial administration team (2 FTE’s);
- Collaborate with the Finance Director to define and implement financial reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards;
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations;
- Lead financial reporting, including the preparation of management information, monthly accounts, and other key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Coordinate with external auditors for the auditing of annual statutory accounts and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements;
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
Functie eisen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory compliance;
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite;
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in a senior financial role, preferably with hands-on experience in accounting and financial administration;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.

A gross salary in the range € 75.000 – € 88.000 yearly;
