As Senior Business Controller you get a clear mission at Euramax: professionalize the finance function to support scale, complexity and performance!
You will work closely with the CFO to build FP&A, business controlling and sales controlling together. You identify risks and opportunities, are able to distill complex issues to their core and connect numbers to strategy and operations. You oversee the business at group level (NL & US) and translate financial data into clear management information and decision-making insights. Your key responsibilities:
FP&A & Reporting
- Set up and further develop FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, latest estimate, scenario analysis);
- Design and improve management reporting and dashboards (financial, operational, and commercial);
- Support cash flow forecasting and capex analysis.
Business & Sales Controlling
- Act as a business partner to management and commercial teams;
- Analyse performance by location (NL/US), customer, product and channel;
- Drive sales controlling: pricing, margins, volume/mix effects, customer and product profitability;
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities and translate them into clear steering insights.
Growth & PE Context
- Contribute to the further development of business controlling capabilities;
- Support finance integration and scalability in the context of growth and potential acquisitions;
- Focus on standardization, scalability, and decision-useful information.
Functie eisen
You are a Register Controller with relevant experience in FP&A, Business Controlling and/or Commercial Controlling. Experience in a private equity–backed or similarly demanding environment is a strong plus. As person you operate comfortably in an international context. You have strong analytical skills combined with solid business understanding. You are hands-on, take ownership and have a real entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building, improving and scaling finance processes!
