As CFO of Euramax, you will form the statutory board together with the CEO and COO and act as a strategic sparring partner in shaping the next phase of Euramax’s growth. You will play a key role in transforming Euramax from a single-company, person-dependent organization into a scalable Group structure with strong Finance & Control, clear governance, reliable management information and disciplined execution.
You are responsible for safeguarding the financial health of the Group, professionalizing the finance function and building a future-proof finance, data and governance platform. This includes improving financial control, standardizing reporting, strengthening business partnering, reducing dependency on individuals and enabling data-driven performance management across the organization.
A key priority is to move Finance from a mainly accounting and reporting function towards a scalable Group Finance function that provides timely, standardized and decision-oriented insights to the Board, shareholder, Management Team and functional leaders. You will also drive the implementation of structured performance reviews, clearer accountability and improved follow-up on corrective actions.
You will take a hands-on role in further professionalizing Finance within the current operating entities, including Roermond, Amerimax and future acquisitions. Completed and future smaller acquisitions will require active involvement to bring financial processes, controls, reporting standards and performance management routines to the desired Group level.
In addition, you will lead the establishment of a clear Group governance framework, including decision rights, mandates, reporting lines, escalation routes and management review routines. Through a formal PMO function, you will ensure transparency, prioritization, milestone tracking, risk management and disciplined follow-up of strategic projects.
You will also contribute to building a future-proof IT and data landscape by improving data governance, master data management, BI, reporting automation and the use of technology, AI and RPA to increase efficiency and improve decision-making.
With your international outlook, entrepreneurial mindset and connecting leadership style, you foster a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement. You develop the Finance organization, strengthen capabilities in controlling, FP&A, data and project management, and help Euramax build a scalable platform for future growth.

Euramax is a leading international manufacturer of pre-coated aluminium and steel, headquartered in Roermond, the Netherlands. With over fifty years of expertise, the company supplies premium coil-coated materials to clients in more than 85 countries. Euramax develops its products with a strong focus on design, durability, and innovation, serving three core markets: Recreation, Mobility, and Architecture.
In the Recreation industry, Euramax is a long-standing partner for manufacturers of motorhomes, caravans, and static holiday homes throughout Europe and North America. Its lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminium combines technical performance with a refined aesthetic. With innovations such as StrongLite—containing up to 80% recycled content—and EcoLite, a lightweight embossed panel, Euramax actively supports sustainability and fuel efficiency in mobile applications. Coating technologies like SuperiorCoat and PowerCoat ensure long-lasting gloss retention and colour stability. Long-term collaborations, including with CAPRON in Germany, demonstrate the company’s commitment to quality and tailor-made service.
In the Mobility sector, Euramax delivers coated aluminium for sidewalls and roofs of trailers, trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles. These demanding applications require materials that are both robust and visually consistent over time. Euramax addresses this need with advanced solutions such as StrongCoat, designed for maximum scratch and UV resistance. Its high-strength aluminium reduces vehicle weight while ensuring durability. Supported by international logistics partnerships, Euramax distributes its products efficiently and reliably to customers worldwide.
The Architecture division brings design visions to life through high-performance façade and roofing materials. Euramax coatings offer a wide range of colours, metallic effects, and textures suited to iconic building projects. Examples include the Maastoren in Rotterdam, clad in a subtle gradient of 21 shades of grey; the QO Hotel in Amsterdam, featuring 1,638 kinetic gold-silver façade panels that respond to daylight; and the Trivium Retoriikka office building in Finland, finished in colour-shifting prismatic tones. Other architectural highlights include the Isala Hospital in Meppel, where custom “Old Copper” colours were co-developed with architects, and the Thialf Ice Arena in Heerenveen, whose white crystal-like panels reflect the venue’s arctic theme.
Euramax stands out for its deep commitment to sustainability and technological innovation. The company works exclusively with chrome-free coatings, continuously optimises its production for energy efficiency, and applies digital tools such as AI-assisted colour matching and automated quality control. Its employees, across all disciplines, contribute to visible, high-impact results seen in vehicles, recreational environments, and urban skylines around the globe.
Whether on the road, at the campsite, or integrated into contemporary architecture, Euramax delivers coated metal solutions that shape the future of design and mobility.
